Responsibilities

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, stand-ups/scrums, retrospectives, closeouts).
Remove impediments and foster collaborative team environment.
Continuously improve Agile processes and practices to optimize team performance.
Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members.
Resolve conflicts and promote a positive team dynamic.
Ensure alignment with product vision and strategy.
Work with product owners and team leads to define and prioritize product backlogs.
Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and delivery timelines.
Assist the Program Manager with customer meetings to track feedback and reprioritizations.
Create, enhance, and maintain Jira projects, boards, and issue structures.
Create, enhance, and maintain Agile documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

5+ years of combined experience in Agile methodologies, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in leading and coaching Agile teams.
Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
Experience supporting medium to large Agile-based programs or projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant Agile Certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Kanban Professional, or related).
