We are actively seeking a Senior Agile Development Project Manager (M/F) in Rabat to take on the following responsibilities:

The professional in question will need to support the work teams of a large-scale project by proposing and managing Agile methodologies. The candidate must be able to:

Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) to optimize project processes.
Manage, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
Plan and monitor project progress, managing resources, budget, and timelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and other managers.
Identify and resolve problems, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
Adapt quickly to changes and new technologies.
Ensure that customer needs are met and that the final product is of high quality.

Necessary skills:

Proven experience of at least 4-5 years in using Agile methodologies for IT projects.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multi-task IT projects.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, along with efficient problem-solving capabilities.
Commitment to continuous learning and skill updating.
In-depth technical knowledge of the IT industry.
Nice to have:

Knowledge of the Kubernetes environment.
Project Management and/or Agile certifications.
Experience with Telco and/or Cloud Native projects.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
Experience in software development.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree or an engineering degree (Bac+5) in Information Technology, along with 5 to 9 years of experience in a similar role.
