Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
- Manage relationships with customers and partners technology teams.
- Design and define end-to-end solutions that align with clients' business goals, leveraging appropriate technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and manage project teams and our customers, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
- Define detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications, to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Manage stakeholder collaboration and customer relationships to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable plans and technical specifications.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the quality of solutions through design reviews, code reviews, and testing strategies, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in solution architecture, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their applicability and potential benefits for the organization and our customers.
- Define, develop and enforce architecture standards, ensuring all solutions are consistent with company policies and best practices, and easy for our customers and partners to use.
- Conducts market research to fully understand, gather ideas and learn from similar products existing inside and outside of the fleet management industry.
- Works directly with business, customers, and IT stakeholders to create and adhere to project timelines.
- Attend project status meetings during the design and development phases of projects for awareness as well as input regarding customer usability perspective.
- Answers questions from the Commercial Helpdesk team regarding customer solutions
- Lead the design of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal, customer and partners’ technology teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
- API and API Framework Certifications or Experience
- Experience with Holman client-facing technology a plus.
- AGILE development, SDLC Experience, PowerBI Knowledge, Embedded Analytics experience helpful.
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
- 5-7 years experience
- Prior experience in a client-facing role including virtual and in-person interaction is preferred.
- Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
- Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
- Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security

Benefits:
Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,210.00 - $117,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
