Our expertise makes us their Trusted Advisor to align the interests of Business, Finance and IT to drive the change from within.

Your Tasks

Client Project Delivery

Plan, manage and deliver TBM consulting engagements, working closely with client stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive financial transparency, cost optimization, and business alignment.

Assess clients’ current technology and financial environments, recommending and implementing customized TBM frameworks and solutions.

Leverage TBM tools to provide insights into IT costs, value, and business impact, ensuring clients maximize return on their technology investments.

Business Development & Strategy

Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and lead efforts to expand TBM services to new clients and sectors.
Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for their technology and financial management needs.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and tools that support the growth of the TBM practice.

Practice Development

Mentor and coach junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Drive improvements to internal processes, frameworks, and tools, ensuring our consulting offerings remain at the forefront of the TBM industry.
