Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the hunt for potential clients, focusing on high-value targets in the apartment, retail, and construction sectors across Washington state
  • Craft comprehensive, laser-focused lead lists that will serve as the foundation for the company’s expansion efforts
  • Harness cutting-edge tools and resources to uncover valuable information about prospective clients
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring only the most promising and relevant leads make it to the sales team
  • Develop and maintain a robust lead database that will become the lifeblood of the company’s growth strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the cold calling team, fine-tuning lead quality based on real-world feedback
  • Deliver insightful weekly reports that showcase your lead generation prowess and drive strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • Proven track record in lead generation or similar research-oriented roles, with a knack for uncovering hidden gems
  • Masterful internet research skills and proficiency with state-of-the-art lead generation tools
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail and exceptional data management abilities
  • Solid grasp of B2B sales processes and the ability to identify high-potential prospects
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless communication
  • Self-motivated go-getter capable of consistently generating 100+ qualified leads per week
  • Ability to build and maintain a thriving database of at least 1000 potential clients
  • Team player mentality with a passion for collaborating with sales to drive continuous improvement
  • Analytical mindset to produce compelling weekly reports that showcase the impact of your work
