Job description

This is a remote position.

Flexible work schedule within the client's business hours, Belle Mead, NJ Time

Scope:

  • Focus on residential properties, including multi-unit buildings (up to 24 units)

  • Target various locations across the United States as specified by the investor

  • Operate within specified work hours (anywhere between 8 AM to 7 PM), 40 hours per week

  • Utilize provided subscriptions and memberships to access necessary research tools

  • Collaborate directly with the real estate investor to refine search criteria and processes


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research using various online platforms (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com) to identify potential investment properties

  • Compile comprehensive lists of properties meeting specific criteria set by the investor

  • Gather detailed information on properties, including address, listing price, and contact details of listing agents or property owners

  • Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets or other specified formats

  • Perform initial outreach via email to listing agents or property owners to gauge interest and gather preliminary information

  • Pre-qualify leads based on established criteria

  • Update and maintain the property database regularly

  • Assist in creating and refining the research process for maximum efficiency

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills with clear enunciation

  • Strong research and data analysis skills

  • Proficiency in using online research tools and databases

  • Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data

  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes

  • Excellent written communication skills for email outreach

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
