Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner join our UK resourcing team.  The successful candidate will manage, develop, and deliver end to end recruitment solutions across their specified functions. You will be  responsible for delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the candidate journey from sourcing through to on-boarding.    

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will deliver strong insight led resourcing solutions to create and establish direct sourcing capability.  You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering the business and HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of their requirements for all vacancies. You will be an expert at providing advice and direction on best practice sourcing channels, selection methodologies and sharing market intelligence.  You will join a friendly but dynamic team who are not content at maintaining the status quo and have a strong desire to continually improve our processes and ways of working – you will be involved in supporting and driving that journey.

About you:

  • Ability to build & maintain effective relationships with a network of diverse candidates leading to strong direct sourcing initiatives including the creation & development of talent pipelines /communities, attracting & influencing passive candidates, reaching new and diverse talent pools.
  • Experienced in using advanced sourcing and engagement techniques to source passive candidates
  • Have a strong understanding of organisational capability gaps and proactively identify and build external pools of diverse talent to bridge those gaps. 
  • Experienced in driving focus improvement projects across the TA landscape
  • Experienced in managing 3rd party suppliers to deliver improved return on recruitment investment whilst also delivering market insights to our hiring managers aligned to functional areas of expertise
