Job description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our client in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, reporting, user support, and configuration to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily administration of Salesforce, ensuring smooth system functionality.
Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Configure Salesforce settings, including workflows, automation, and data management.
Set up new users, maintain user roles and permissions, and provide ongoing training.
Ensure data integrity, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce certification is a plus).
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting.
Experience in user setup, training, and system troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support business objectives.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
