Job description

CARA seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to work on a contract basis from March to December to support a marketing transformation for our pharmaceutical customer. Our customer aims to create an industry leading customer-centric digital experience with clear and consistent customer experience principles and capabilities, supported by unified technologies. Our customer has established a multi-year Digital Transformation program to enable consistent digital experiences, build next generation digital capabilities, and improve market competitiveness.

The project will focus on building new capabilities, processes, and associated change management effort and as well as a broader need for journey and stakeholder management. The project goal is to shift the mindset of the organization, adopt new behaviors and ways of working, and elevate the perceived importance of digital marketing excellence amongst leadership.

    Scope of Work:

    • Work with the OCM/Digital Transformation Lead.
    • Help activate and execute the change strategy.
    • Develop more detailed work plan based off the strategy and the high level plan already developed.
    • Execute against a variety of communication interventions (newsletters, case studies, knowledge checks, etc.)
    • Manage communications channel (i.e. SharePoint)
    • Act as review point for workstream specific change assets to ensure common voice and appropriate value language.
    • Out of Scope: workstream specific training and communications.

    Qualifications:

    • OCM Consultant with 5-7 years of experience.
    • Previous experience supporting a digital marketing transformation required.
    • Communications development expertise.
    • Marketing/customer experience/customer centricity experience required.

    Duration/Location:

    • 30-40 hours per week
    • March - December
    • Remote with an occasional onsite trip to Chicago area
    • Highly prefer consultants based in eastern or central time zone.

    Hourly Rate: $85-90 based on experience level

    Qualification for candidates that meet the requirements includes a recruiter interview, technical interview (with review of work samples), reference, and background check.
