Job description

Are you interested in helping prepare the workforce for the future? Are you comfortable helping organizations identify and address organizational challenges? Do you have at least 4 years of experience in organization development, change management, and transformation efforts? If you answered “yes,” we’d like to meet you!

ICF is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to support a large organizational and transformational project. This position will work remotely for a Federal client in Arlington, VA supporting a large Strategy and Business Solutions Support Contract.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with Federal clients and will work with a team to:

  • Develop an OCM strategy and roadmap for new initiatives to support adoption of IT initiatives

  • Provide training (e.g., hands on training, training materials, etc.), internal communications (e.g., email correspondence, briefings, etc.), and organizational development support to facilitate change and ensure adoption of IT efforts

  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and prepare artifacts to meet the client standards and needs

  • Support the project team to develop stakeholder engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support

  • Work with team members to recommend, develop, and implement OCM strategies

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of proposed IT implementation

  • Support the design, development, implementation, and revision of project plans and adhere to established timelines

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional work experience and knowledge of overall change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • 3 years of experience producing enterprise-wide change management plans and materials

  • US Citizenship required by Federal contract

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • MS/MA/MBA in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Information Systems Management with people focus

  • Experience supporting large IT enterprise implementations using OCM methodology

  • Experience using and applying Prosci ADKAR Methodology

  • Experience using and applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Experience facilitating and leading activities for organizational initiatives

  • Experience with the Change Management Lifecycle experience

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases

Professional Skills/Experience:

  • Prosci Certification

  • Analytical skills and the ability to provide insight into project progress

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format

  • Ability to work in a dynamic client environment

  • Posse strong computer skills working with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Teams)

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$81,094.00 - $137,860.00
