Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Partner Support Analyst to join the Retail Partnerships team in Brazil to drive the successful onboarding of partners, optimizing processes to accelerate growth and enhance partner satisfaction.
Lead the onboarding of carriers to Google, managing the full process and ensuring alignment with performance goals.
Support the Partnerships Retail team in managing key partners in the brazilian market, with potential for expansion to different markets.
Continuously improve processes and address partner requests to enhance the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering, customer support, and content teams to monitor performance, respond to requests, and drive optimizations for smoother operations and growth.

We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Brazil. We are a remote-first company with teams located around the Globe.
