Key responsabilities:
- Manage customer relationships including adoption of cloud solutions and value realization.
- Offer technical guidance, training, and resources for effective use of hyperscale cloud platforms and services.
- Collaborate with technical teams for successful implementation and optimization of cloud solutions.
- Advocate for customers' needs within hyperscale cloud providers and drive customer renewals/expansions.
- Gather feedback to guide product development, service enhancements, and market strategies.
