We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Search Sourcing Partner to work alongside our client's Global Executive Search team. In this role you will be aligned to Teva, acting as an extension to their business and brand. You will be working with the Senior Executive Recruiters carrying out world-class research, sourcing, marketing mapping, talent insights & intelligence and candidate engagement.
The ideal Executive Search Sourcing Partner will be able to work independently, being proactive and showing initiative. Also, will have ideas on processes and changes that need to be made, and will be influential in implementing these changes with the Recruiter.
You may be researching new tools, AI and processes that consultants could use to map the market. You will help the team undergo change and transformation slowly with your ideas and research to make the searches more productive and commercially successful.
