As the Business Development Manager (dedicated for Germany region), you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your entrepreneurial mindset, combined with your deep understanding of the German market, will be key to our success.


Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our presence in the German market, focusing on key industry verticals and emerging opportunities.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and positioning our solutions to drive their success.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce), industry associations, and other relevant entities to enhance our market positioning.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in Germany, providing insights that shape our business strategy and product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our global teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and optimizing the sales process.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships in Germany.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the technology and consulting landscape, with experience working with or selling solutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives, with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the German market, including key industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
