YOUR IMPACT
As an HR Generalist with expertise in US payroll and benefits, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our workforce, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to a thriving workplace culture. You’ll manage a variety of HR functions while being the go-to expert for US-specific HR processes.

  • You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and resolving payroll-related inquiries promptly. 
  • You will manage and optimize employee benefits programs while guiding employees through benefits options and enrollments.
  • You will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with evolving HR legislation and compliance standards.
  • You will collaborate with the rest of the C&P teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes and a seamless experience for new hires.
  • You will contribute to HR-related projects, such as developing policies, and training programs, and driving organizational change initiatives.
THIS IS YOU
  • You have between 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. 
  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, Labor Law, or have comparable work experience. In addition, you are proficient in English. German is a plus.
  • You possess sound knowledge and practical experience in US labor law.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced international matrix organization because you thrive in diverse, multicultural and growth-oriented environments. 
  • You are comfortable working with sensitive and time-critical matters, and you handle them with discretion, ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.
  • Self-driven and proactive, you are comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality work. 
  • At the same time, you are a communicative team player who values collaboration and transparency.
