Job description

Our client:

Our client is a well-established and world leading automotive company with a global presence. They are looking for Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will be the vital role for any C&B related matters, mainly focusing on payroll, dealing with work injury cases as well as payroll system implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll function to ensure legal compliance
  • Determine the appropriate compensation strategies to define reward level based on market data in annual salary review & bonus exercise
  • Conduct salary survey and compensation analysis, set standards through benchmarking/best practices to ensure Companys competitiveness
  • Handle employees compensation and OSH
  • Assist in payroll system implementation including user requirement collection and testing
  • Other HR Projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years payroll experience in sizeable companies
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF schemes and regulations
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong numerical sense, able to work independently
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions and data transformation
  • Experience in HR system implementation is an advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred
