Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is responsible for administrative support to the Global TA team in the areas of systems, processes, tools, and branding, internal compliance, engagement surveys, etc. They will provide support towards the enhance and standardization of our current systems and processes as well as support the evolvement of our global TA strategy needed to deliver top talent. This role will COE's and external vendors as needed.
This individual will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Administration, optimization, planning, and standardization of all processes, tools, policies, compliance, engagement surveys, in support of Global Recruitment efforts, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.
- Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring delivery of service level agreements, key performance indicators, and following up on escalations. Work with our Procurement team to ensure standardized and competitive contractual agreements for vendor services. (Tools, pre-employment, licenses, etc.)
- Maintaining publications of policies, procedures, knowledge base articles, processes, tools, etc. that support Global TA Operations.
- Administrative support for internal team meetings and QBR by pulling and compiling data for presentation decks and metrics.
- Administration of TA related ticketing system, pre-employment adjudication, new hire kits, referral bonus, audits, etc.
- Will support projects as needed and related to TA.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- Experience supporting large corporate or global TA teams.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
- Experience with an RPO model strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of vendor agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of project lifecycles, tools, and frameworks.
Skills and Minimum Experience Preferred
- Bilingual - English and Spanish or French (speaking and writing preferred) Strongly preferred.
- HRIS ticketing support
- Contingent Workforce - Ex: Fieldglass
Education (minimum education required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience (minimum experience required)
Preferred Education (i.e. type of degree)
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, legal, organizational psychology, business administration
Preferred Experience (i.e. industry experience)
- Experience in global environments strongly preferred. Agency, corporate recruiting, or human resources experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
