Role: As our Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Equisoft’s ongoing talent needs by managing all aspects of the candidate interview experience - specifically supporting global hiring.  This role works in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. You will also be responsible for assisting HR business partners and the HR coordinator with non-recruitment operational support tasks.

A Day in Your Life

Talent Acquisition (50 %) 

  • Be an ambassador of Equisoft’s employer brand by actively building and supporting the candidate’s experience 
  • Attend weekly meetings with the TAS team to determine priority of hires and review the status of all listed jobs, interview pipelines, and offers 
  • Control the quality of our requisitions and postings (templates and branding) 
  • Provide support and document technical issues that may occasionally arise with the ATS 
  • Actively headhunt and source profiles for to help nurture our bank of candidates 
  • Filter applicants and conducting pre-selection interviews  
  • Coordinate with marketing the advertisement of urgent requisitions and other employer branding initiatives 
  • Coordinate, along with TAS team, job fairs and college recruiting events 
  • Ensure the TAS documentation and processes up to date  
  • Bring new and innovative ideas forward to improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience 

Administrative Support (50%) 

  • Act as a liaison between the various HR team members in all regions to support day to day HR and recruitment activities
  • Partner with the coordinators to prepare the offer letters, contracts, agreements and various other letters
  • Confirm background screenings are submitted and completed 
  • Participate in the onboarding process of all new hires   
  • Provide support by gathering information and documents from employees (payroll forms, insurance enrolment, etc.) 
  • Prepare Recruitment Forecast Reports, and other analytics (source of hire, time to hire, time to fill, etc.) 
  • Actively participate in various committees to promote employee engagement and retention, and help organize social events   
  • Assists with conducting research and provide support for various HR projects, as needed

Requirements

  • Degree or certificate in Human Resources Management, business, or a related field   
  • A minimum of 5years of previous experience in a similar position in global/international organizations
  • Fluency in English: excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ATS systems and social networking media platforms 
  • Proactive and a strong sense of organization  
  • Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships 
  • High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and self-disciplined 
  • Ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment with competing and continuously changing demands and superior attention to detail  
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset
