Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviews, offers, and closing.

  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies and build a robust pipeline of candidates for key and recurring roles.

  • Assist in HR initiatives, recruitment marketing, and employer branding efforts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with managers through regular updates and consistent communication.

  • Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring effective engagement and optimal usage.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

  • Extensive background and proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting professionals across various levels and functions.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Proven experience recruiting for both technical and business roles
