We're Hiring. 

buyWords — the subscription copywriting agency — one of the newest companies in Belkins family, is on the hunt for our very first Business Development Representative (BDR). We’re looking for Employee #1 on the sales team.

As the right hand to our CEO, we need someone with a start-up mentality. Ambitious, communicative, and eager to be the driving force behind our growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Crafting Cold Emails That Feel Warm: Draft campaigns using email and LinkedIn to engage, follow up, and convert prospects into qualified sales meetings.
  • Nurturing Inbound Leads: Show some love to all those folks signing up for the buyWords marketplace.
  • Personalizing Messages: Nothing generic. Create 1:1 custom sales messaging. We are not hiring you to send mass outreach campaigns. We don’t, can’t, and won’t Spam. 
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate connections with prospects through initial chats and follow-ups, handling objections like a pro–and guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Analyzing Data: Dive into weekly and monthly stats to spot trends, assess how our campaigns are working, and suggest strategies that'll take us to the next level.
  • Mastering Sales Tools: Use the latest and greatest tools, such as Reply.io, HubSpot, Expandi.io, Folderly.io, Google Workspace, and Outlook, to keep our outreach and sales data on point.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Jump into one-on-one or group calls with our squad—teamwork makes the dream work.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest outreach trends, methodologies, and techniques. We love trendsetters.
  • Be Our Brand Ambassador: Get vocal on LinkedIn and other social platforms. Help us bring awareness to the buyWords platform.

  • Speak English Like a Pro: Advanced English speaker—accents are cool, and clarity is key.

  • Are a Time Zone Ninja: Comfortable working in EST US time zone (aka, you drink coffee).
  • Have Experience: Been there, done that as an SDR or similar client-facing role for at least 2 years.
  • Are Self-Motivated: You don't wait around—you make things happen.
  • Know Your Tools: Familiar with sales tools, Google Workspace, and various CRM systems.
  • Build Bridges: Have a knack for connecting with diverse team members.
