Position Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern role at Marvel Recruiters offers hands-on experience in business development and client relationship building within the recruitment industry. Youll work closely with our team to help expand our client network and support our growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Communicate with leads via emails and calls to nurture relationships.
  • Clean up and manage data within the CRM for accurate lead tracking.
  • Assist the Account Executive in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Support in preparing for and participating in sales meetings.
  • Update and utilize CRM tools for efficient client and data management.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building tasks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in sales or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Understanding of the recruitment industry.
