Salary Minimum: $123,867.00 - Salary Maximum: $146,617.00

Position Summary

Requirements

• Washington State Physician Assistant license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
