Job description

Hi, I’m Debra the Head of Recruitment here at JobRack and I am on a mission to build the most amazing recruitment team, consisting of market leading experts who pride themselves on offering a fantastic service to clients and candidates and want to play an integral part in a very successful team.

To introduce you to the business and roles, I have recorded a short video for you to take a look at.

There’s a lot of detail below for you to read -  if you don’t like all the details, then that’s totally OK, it just means this role is not for you!

If you take the time to apply then I will 100% read (and watch) every bit of your application. We're not using AI to filter candidates, we're real people looking for an amazing person to come join our team!

JobRack helps business owners from all over the world hire quality remote team members from Eastern Europe and more recently South Africa.

We’re a fully-remote team with team members across Eastern Europe and South Africa with Noel our CEO based in London.

We get to know each other, support each other and all love helping our clients hire amazing team members.

Our clients work with us for three key reasons:

1. We find them amazing people that they couldn't find themselves

2. We give them the help and support to hire successfully

3. We are so confident in our ability to deliver an amazing service, we offer a one year guarantee.

We also guarantee our clients that we'll find someone they're 'thrilled to hire’ - it’s challenging, but we like it that way.

We hire for all kinds of roles from software developers to marketing specialists, operations managers to executive assistants, and many more.

You can hear from our many happy clients at: https://jobrack.eu/testimonials

Our core values:

✅ We have clarity - we know where we are going and what’s expected of us

✅ We work with focused speed

✅ We are positive and professional

✅ We Wow our clients

✅ We constantly improve

Above all we are…Helpful and friendly

If you want to work with awesome people with whom you can learn and grow, at the same time providing a stellar experience for our clients and candidates - JobRack may be the perfect place for you!

We’re big on growth and learning, and a few books have been key in shaping how we operate. The Power of Moments inspires how we wow our clients and candidates at every turn. Top grading guides our approach to building a high-performing team, and Who: The A Method of Hiring helps us find the right people to join us on this journey. If these resonate with you, you’ll fit right in!

Right now, we’re looking for an exceptional Recruitment Partner to play a crucial part in wow-ing our clients by recruiting great candidates and helping more business owners grow their teams and their businesses. As our company is growing quickly, you will have a chance to learn a lot and grow with us!

What You’ll Do:
📌 Be a Talent Magnet: Recruit exceptional technical and non-technical candidates for diverse roles — efficiently and within deadlines.
📌 Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end process, ensuring clients have an experience they’ll rave about!
📌 Conduct High-Touch Interviews: Get to the heart of what makes each candidate the perfect fit.
📌 Stay Connected: Proactively engage with candidates (schedule interviews, send tasks, clarify applications, share feedback) to keep them excited and informed every step of the way.
📌 Build Talent Shortlists: Develop and present highly qualified candidates, giving clients confidence in their hiring decisions.
📌 Own Your Roles: Drive strategies, measure performance, and deliver results with accountability and pride.
📌 Build Relationships: Partner closely with business owners to gain valuable insights and references.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time, and you’ll be expected to work Monday – Friday for 8 hours in the span of 8 AM — 8 PM CET (preferably 9 AM to 5 PM CET).

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter/talent acquisition specialist.

✅ International recruitment experience ideally gained in a recruitment agency or RPO

✅ Experience with conducting interviews of both technical and non-technical roles.

✅ Demonstrable experience of delighting clients through exceptional service.

✅ Experience with any ATS and candidate database.

No sales required! Our Recruitment Partners focus on doing what they do best — recruiting, you won’t need to find new clients or do sales calls.

As the Ideal Candidate, you should be:

✅ Someone proactive, with great communication skills and an outgoing personality.

✅ Someone with an analytical mindset: you are not afraid of reading through clients' requests and digging into candidates' profiles, analysing and comparing thoroughly

✅ Someone with an improvement-focused mindset, taking initiative and making things better — focusing on the solution, not the problem.

✅ Someone who wants to take ownership, with a ‘make-it-happen’ attitude

✅ Someone with a high sense of urgency, who will be happy to take on the challenge of meeting our most important recruiter KPIs: the quality of candidates, the quantity of candidates and speed of hire.

✅ Someone client-focused: they really understand they work for the client when sourcing/screening for a role.

If on top of that, you will want to play an active part in the team then you’ll definitely fit in well with the rest of our te

Benefits
