The Principal Product Manager supports the strategic research, definition, planning, execution and communication of new and existing products. They keep up to date with the ever-changing landscape of the corporate markets Axonify serves, as well as the evolving needs and opportunities of customers.
The Principal Product Manager’s expertise lies in the constant awareness of the intersection between the business, technology and the user experience to create the best possible product for target markets. This role is at the heart of the Axonify product offering and works closely with teams across the organization.
The impact you'll have:Uses strategic direction, market opportunity, and commercial viability to assess ideas and identify new market opportunitiesWork with prospects, customers and the market at large to drive primary research, discovery, insight and recommendations for definition around Axonify roadmap initiatives and future opportunitiesUnderstand, define and communicate buyer personas and use cases, understand customer workflows, problems, and articulate the needs of buyers and users Collaborate with the product team and leadership to help prioritize and define evolving product roadmapConnect across the product, design, dev and QA teams to effectively bring these opportunities to life within the Axonify product offeringCoordinate product releases and product lifecycle changes with marketing, sales, operations and support teamsWork with sales and marketing on internal and external enablement of targeted product initiativesSupport primary product objectives as they relate to revenue, new customer acquisition and customer retentionWhat you'll bring:8+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environmentPrevious experience in frontline enablement industry is highly valuedTech savvy and with proven ability to quickly understand complex products and featuresMetrics-driven with strong analytical and synthesis skillsAbility to absorb complex and overlapping requirements and process this into strategic and actionable next stepsExtensive experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to create, manage, and leverage customer and internal relationships to uncover and test opportunitiesExperience working closely with development teams to drive value quicklyAbility to work with local and remote teams in a fast paced environmentStrong communication skills in writing, presenting, and facilitating for large and/or very senior groupsComfortable initiating and managing conversations with C-Level stakeholders at customer and prospect organizationsExperience using product management best practices such as agile methodologies and Pragmatic It's ok if your experience doesn't check every box!
