Silverfort is looking for an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient administrative coordination. 


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Anticipate needs for upcoming meetings, coordinate necessary information, and ensure awareness of approaching deadlines
  • Manage all aspects of travel planning, including trade show attendance and related logistics
  • Partner closely with Executive Assistants across teams to support shared goals and initiatives
  • Provide essential administrative support by coordinating hospitality arrangements, organizing meeting spaces, and ensuring smooth meeting setups 
  • Independently handle correspondence and emails in both Hebrew and English, maintaining a professional tone

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role 
  • Proven ability to manage calendars and provide support for senior management effectively
  • High level of proficiency in English
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and responding quickly to urgent matters
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Visio)
  • Strong willingness and capability to handle essential administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, catering, and room arrangements
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
