We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to join our remote team. In this commission-only position, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward achieving their homeownership aspirations, utilizing our extensive range of QM and Non-QM products, and advanced technology to keep both customers and realtors informed in real-time. If you hold a valid mortgage license in Ohio, Florida, or Alabama, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert assistance to prospective home buyers, current homeowners, and real estate investors in securing mortgage financing.
  • Analyze and evaluate loan applications with precision.
  • Conduct thorough underwriting assessments.
  • Guide borrowers through the complete loan origination process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Offer insightful advice on a variety of loan options.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations throughout the lending process.

Qualifications

  • Must possess or be eligible for a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Ohio, Florida, and/or Alabama.
