• FULLY remote
• 40+ LEADS each month booked into your diary
• Realistic OTE of £75,000+ in your first year
• Up to 76% commission split
• 100% commission retention on legal referral business
• Pre qualified leads that are vetted& source provided by a market leading estate agency
• Provide mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or re-mortgage properties
• Build & maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer service expectations.
• Motivated to attract new clients and business
• Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trends
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times
• Skills and experience for this role**
• Have some of your own client bank to bring over
• CEMAP qualified
• MINIMUM of 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be driven& ambitious
