Job Overview

We are in search of dedicated and driven individuals to fill the role of Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients across the nation, utilizing innovative AI technology to provide exceptional service and support in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients nationwide.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive information regarding various mortgage products and services.
  • Cultivate rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their unique needs.
  • Guide clients in navigating their mortgage inquiries, offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on leads through our advanced CRM system.
  • Drive business growth through exemplary customer service.
  • Adhere to company-specific guidelines and weekly schedules.
  • Identify the most suitable mortgage products for clients and assist in locking loans at the point of sale.
  • Ensure adherence to closing requirements and loan stipulations.
  • Effectively manage a diverse range of loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms and products is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and provide a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current, valid NMLS license in good standing.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related capacity.
  • For newly licensed applicants, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required, along with a commitment to complete a month of training.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred; mortgage or finance experience is a plus.
