Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information on diverse mortgage products.
  • Establish rapport with clients by actively listening and responding to their individual needs.
  • Assist clients in navigating their mortgage inquiries, providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and loan officer teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain accurate client information and diligently follow up on leads using our CRM system.
  • Contribute to business growth by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with clients to determine the best mortgage products and oversee loan submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with closing timelines and requirements.
  • Effectively manage various loan types including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loans.

Required Skills

  • Valid NMLS license in good standing.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, including at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related role.
  • For newly licensed applicants, at least five years of sales experience with a willingness to undergo training.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in mortgage or finance.
  • Ability to cultivate positive client relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Basic familiarity with mortgage terminology and products is advantageous.
