We are looking for an individual with great customer service skills for one of the main supplemental benefits companies in the nation. The Company is expanding in our territories and we require dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive product and service information to clients
-Address customer inquiries about their coverage and recommend solutions
-Regularly review agreements to suggest cost-effective options
-A high volume of follow-ups via email and cold calls to nurture client relationships
-Efficiently manage tasks using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and other essential tools
-Seamlessly utilize platforms like Slack, Kumo Space, and Zoom to meet client needs in a fully virtual environment
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus!
-Ability to build strong rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships
-Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, working well under minimal supervision
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Must be proficient in handling digital tools and technologies
-Must reside in Canada
-References will be checked for previous work experiences, if applicable
