Overview

By working closely with local tile distributors and dealers and collaborating with internal stakeholders in LIXIL, this position is expected to help grow the INAX tile business significantly both in commercial and residential sections in the western and southern markets in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute business plans with local distributors; support these distributors both from corporate and branch levels on a daily basis
  • Develop a network of 200 dealers that actively sell INAX tiles in western and southern markets in the US
  • Promote INAX’s products in formal presentations, meetings, trade shows and events
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial or B2B sales experience
  • consultative & problem solving selling processes and techniques
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Interior Designer / Intern
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $79,000.00-$129,000.00 annually.

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Sales Incentive plan of 24 percent.
