RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date US and Canadian accounts payable with the following main functions:
  • Check and process invoices in the accounting system.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues or questions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to follow up on Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, invoices, credit card expenses, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies in the processing of invoices, fixed assets, and payments.
  • Calculate accruals.
  • Perform accounting records related to accounts payable.

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Experience in accounts payable in the United States and Canada.
  • Hands-on processing of invoices in the accounting system.
  • Communication with suppliers to resolve payment problems or questions.
  • Familiar with following up on Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, invoices, credit card expenses, etc.
  • Experience in invoices, fixed assets, payments, and accruals.
  • Experience in accounting records related to accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
