Responsibilities:

    • Timely delivery of all mail and packages to functional partners/departments at Harbor Drive
    • Timely shipment processing of all outbound packages including international shipments
    • Transfer and SFS processing to meet or exceed current efficiencies (UPH standards and accuracy). New standards are to be met when systems updates are implemented
    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal (HD) and external partners (customers at event sales)
    • Efficient Samples processing, cataloging and storage
    • Related Ad-hoc projects as requested

    • International and domestic outbound shipment processing knowledge for all parcel carriers software used
