Job Purpose Summary

We are seeking a 3PL Coordinatior with an enthusiastic spirit who excels in a dynamic environment to join our team. This role will drive process improvements and efficiency, delivery of sterling customer service, and support the 3PL Manager in key areas of Supply Chain and the wider Corza team, in cooperation with our 3PL partner.

This position is remote (home) ideally based in or around *Austria/Germany/UK.

What You Will Do

• Daily tracking and follow up of all customer orders; particular focus on orders that have not shipped within agreed lead times.
• Arrange and monitor shipments to distributors and wholesalers worldwide.
• Become the point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding daily business issues concerning the 3PL partner.
• Develop a rapport and strong working relationship with your 3PL counterpart.
• Supporting change request projects, in cooperation with the 3PL manager.
• Support the 3PL Manager with KPI optimisation and adherence to the agreed KPIs.
• Handling claims/complaints and escalating issues when required and appropriate.
• Participation at quarterly business reviews with the 3PL Partner and be willing to travel for F2F meetings.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Experience in customer service, supply chain, order management and logistics.
• Experience in working within the Pharmaceutical/GxP environment is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented personality.
• Experience in working with 3 rd Party Logistics Providers is an advantage.
• Ability to work under delegation, independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required, additionally fluency in German is an advantage but not essential.
• Technically minded, with strong skills working with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
