💼 Job Summary:
Speaker scouting is the starting point of creating high-quality and balanced event programs. Speaker scouts are responsible for searching, identifying, and contacting suitable speakers with relevant expertise and impactful content for our events and conferences.

💡 As a new member of the speaker programs team, you will be part of the following:

  • Speaker (Re)search:
    • Searching for speakers with good presentation skills who can effectively deliver value-adding content for different corporate innovation topics depending on the event

    • Maintaining and improving our comprehensive speaker database

  • Communication:
    • Working closely with different program managers to put together and finalize programs for different events

    • Contacting potential speakers to determine their availability and interest for participating in one or more events

    • Maintaining a clear and professional communication throughout the speaker selection process

  • Development Opportunities
    • Progressing into new roles is solely dependent on own learning and emerging capabilities; development opportunities include progressing towards becoming a program manager, which involves being responsible for programs and event moderation

    • Opportunity to delve deeper into the topics and themes of ever-evolving landscape of innovation and business
