What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Webinar Specialist with at least 6 years of experience in organizing and executing virtual events and webinars. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing all aspects of webinar production, from planning and promotion to execution and post-event analysis. You will be responsible for using a variety of tools and technologies to ensure smooth, high-quality webinars that engage and inform our audience.

What You'll Do At Just Right Reader

  • Webinar Planning: Develop webinar strategies, schedules, and content in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Technical Setup: Configure and manage webinar platforms and equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting, to ensure professional audio and video quality.
  • Platform Management: Use webinar software such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, ON24, or Webex to host and manage live sessions.
  • Promotion & Registration: Coordinate with marketing teams to promote webinars and manage registration processes using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Eventbrite.
  • Live Production: Oversee live events, including hosting, moderating, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing interactive elements like Q&A, polls, and chat.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather attendee feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare post-event reports to assess the webinar’s success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Content Management: Record and edit webinar content for on-demand viewing using tools like Adobe Premiere or Camtasia.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and messaging.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in webinar production, virtual events, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using webinar platforms and associated tools for marketing and analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple webinars simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with content editing tools and equipment setup.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM: HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
  • Video & Audio Equipment: High-quality cameras (e.g., Logitech, Sony), microphones (e.g., Blue Yeti, Shure), and lighting kits.
  • Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro.
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, webinar platform analytics, or specialized engagement tools.
