This is a remote position.

This job is open to Colombian residents only.

Scope

  • Full Time: 40 hours a week

  • Mon - Fri 8am -5pm EST with 1 hour unpaid lunch daily

From maintaining immaculate calendars to coordinating high-stakes meetings and events, your organizational prowess will be invaluable.   • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Correspond on behalf of executives via email, phone, and other channels

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed

  • Conduct research and provide summarized findings to executives

  • Take detailed minutes and action items during meetings

  • Handle incoming requests and queries from clients and staff

  • Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and visitor arrangements

  • Perform general administrative duties like filing, data entry, invoice processing

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with online calendaring, travel booking, and expense tracking tools

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
