Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Search Manager to take full ownership of our paid search efforts and manage them in-house. This role will be responsible for driving the efficiency and performance of paid search campaigns across multiple languages (English, German, and Spanish), ensuring high-quality lead generation and optimization for growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create holistic strategies that resonate globally while delivering local impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 🌍 Manage Multilingual Paid Search Campaigns: Own the paid search strategy across English, German, and Spanish markets, ensuring campaigns are optimized for different languages and regions.
  • 🔍 Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research across multiple languages, identifying growth opportunities specific to each market.
  • 📈 Campaign Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI for each campaign. Ensure conversion tracking is working as it should.
  • 🌐 Landing Pages: Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure that landing pages are effectively optimized localized for each market to maximize lead conversion.
  • 🎯 Lead Generation: Drive consistent month-over-month growth of high-quality leads across all markets, tailoring strategies to specific linguistic and cultural nuances.
  • 📊 Performance Reporting: Develop and present paid search performance reports, providing insights on key metrics and optimization strategies by campaign.
  • 🤝 Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with the wider marketing team to ensure that paid search efforts align with global marketing goals, while adapting strategies to local needs.
  • 💰 Budget Management: Manage the paid search budget across different regions, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
