  • Part-time Role 3 Days a Week|Exciting 6-Month Contract in a Global Mining Company

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage on-boarding for new hires, including arranging medicals, booking inductions and collecting relevant documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure systems and data remain up to date through administrative duties.
  • Adhoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, team members and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of mining or heavy industries (desirable however not essential)
