About the Role

Thoropass is looking for a dynamic and enterprising Operations Analyst to support our internal and customer facing operations. The right candidate will work with a sense of urgency to support our internal assessors and customer engagements.. Are you scrappy, resourceful, reliable, and a creative problem solver?

What You'll Do

Administrative Operations: Assist our customer facing team in setting up customer instances, organizing documentation, coordinating with customers on required documentation, etc.
Project Management: Implement and manage tools to streamline customer delivery, track progress, and ensure timely completion of audits.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate across teams to ensure all aspects of customer facing processes are aligned, from preparation to delivery.

Skillsets/ Requirements

2-4 years of experience in operations, data analytics, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Monday, Jira, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across different teams.
A problem-solver with a knack for streamlining processes and a passion for operational efficiency.
Gritty and resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience working in an audit, compliance, or information security environment is a plus.
