Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with clients and facilitating their mortgage journey. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging in meaningful conversations that create lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering precise information on various mortgage products.
  • Establish rapport with clients through active listening and responsive communication.
  • Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries, identifying the most suitable options.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and loan officer teams to ensure smooth interactions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and diligently follow up on leads using our CRM system.
  • Contribute to business development by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Engage clients in identifying the right mortgage products while managing their loan submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to closing timelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Skillfully handle a range of loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loans.

Required Skills

  • Current NMLS license in good standing.
  • Excellent communication capabilities and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to cultivate positive client relationships and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Familiarity with mortgage terminology and products is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years in a sales role, with at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a related position.
  • For new license holders, a minimum of five years in sales with a commitment to training is required.
  • Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably within the mortgage or finance sector.
