We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commission-based team. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients within the financial services and fintech industries, including wealth management firms, investment banks, and fintech startups.
  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline through various outreach methods such as cold calling, social selling, email communication, and networking.
  • Engage with decision-makers to ascertain their staffing requirements and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Present our staffing solutions, emphasizing key value propositions, and negotiate contractual terms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, providing insights to leadership regarding client needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs and cooperate with marketing initiatives for lead generation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within staffing, financial services, or fintech industries.
  • Strong comprehension of the financial services and fintech landscape, along with an interest in the unique staffing challenges faced by these sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information effectively.
