About The Role:

The Sendoso Business Development Team is a key part of our Marketing department. As a BDR, you will be responsible for connecting with VP and C-level decision-makers at some of the most exciting companies in the World - grabbing their attention, qualifying them, demonstrating Sendoso’s value, and introducing them to our Account Executive Team.  

You’ll shadow many of the meetings that you schedule, follow the sales process that you started, and share the recognition when deals close!  

Reporting into the Marketing organization and specifically our Head of Sender Relations, this role is a great opportunity to start your career with a highly successful company with a vibrant culture and many growth opportunities. Sendoso has built an incredible and fast-moving career path from BDR to Account Executive or Account Manager. 

Please note this is a remote role based in Costa Rica.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have prior experience as a BDR, ideally with experience prospecting at the enterprise level
  • Prior experience using tools like Salesforce, parallel/power dialers, Clay, Apollo, and Clearbit is preferred but not required
  • Believe in the power of gifting to form human connections
  • Be highly motivated, ambitious, and determined to succeed through creative outreach
  • Be a confident and articulate communicator, both in person and in writing
  • Be technically proficient - with email and other business applications
  • Be highly resilient and have start-up ‘grit’. This person is always determined to find a way to win
  • 1-2 years in fast paced, tech/software environment
  • Proficiency in advanced and refined oral and written English, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas, engage with stakeholders, and produce high-quality documentation

Your Typical Day:

  • Working with your manager and team to develop scaled outbound email campaigns that communicate our value proposition effectively to the market
  • Generating interest from prospects and qualifying leads that turn into active opportunities
  • Utilizing intent signals to ensure that no lead falls through the cracks
  • Getting creative and coming up with gifting campaigns that capture the attention of your target audience
  • Getting on the phone to get in contact with our buyers - you aren’t shy!
