Responsibilities

Engage with clients to assess their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create custom solutions for clients.
Present technical solutions effectively to stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful implementation.
Monitor industry trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Document processes, solutions, and client interactions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
Proficient in English for effective collaboration with team members.
Experience in a technical consultant or similar role, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of technical solutions and the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
