We’re looking for a Senior Leadership Tutor to join Bauer Academy’s Next Level Leadership Centre (NLLC) on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Senior Leadership Tutor, you will deliver impactful leadership programmes across Europe, blending academic expertise with real-world learning. Focusing on performance, transformation, and cultural enhancement, you will equip leaders with the skills to navigate rapid change, hybrid working, and technological advancements.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer passionate about leadership development, change management, and organisational resilience. You will design and deliver engaging programmes both remotely and in person, collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences while supporting business growth through client engagement and commercial initiatives.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and one of our offices in either Peterborough or London.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing high quality curriculum design for internal and external leadership programmes, with an emphasis on application in the workflow and developing communities of practice.
- Following established Bauer Academy practices, procedures and systems
- Delivering effective, interactive training utilising a range of tools and technology, both online and face-to-face.
- Providing commercial acumen and entrepreneurship when creating new products, services and solutions
- Giving effective consultation and co-creation, including bespoke design for internal stakeholders and external clients, aligned to Bauer Academy values.
- Managing a variety of training projects, including ad hoc leadership development programmes, events, and summits.
- When required, providing excellent client relations and engagement to support business growth.
- Reviewing training programmes for continuous improvement and produce post-programme reports and analysis on impact.
- Keeping up to date with educational research and leadership trends to ensure the latest thinking is embedded in all design work and delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree-level qualification, ideally within leaderships /management, preferable
- L5 Teaching Qualification and / or CIPD preferable
- High level of subject expertise and passion, evidenced by examples of delivering impactful learning solutions
- Experience within the creative sector is preferable, ideally with industry experience within a multimedia company
- Strong expertise in educational practice, with a passion for impactful curriculum design and innovative teaching methods for both face to face and online delivery
- Strong sense of initiative, with excellent project management skills and the ability to solve problems, and a relentless commitment to best practice
- Agile, with the ability to manage multiple programmes at once, whilst responding professionally to different stakeholders and colleagues
- Highly collaborative with exceptional inter-personal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
