Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process for both new and seasoned real estate agents. Your expertise will help us identify candidates currently in the real estate licensing process as well as experienced professionals whose skills align with our organization’s standards and values. You will be instrumental in ensuring that potential recruits resonate with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and experienced agents with strong growth potential through various outreach methods, including outbound calls, emails, social media engagement, and attendance at networking events.
  • Leverage technology platforms and CRM systems to streamline and manage recruitment efforts effectively.
  • Maintain and cultivate a database of recruit leads through the CRM.
  • Execute daily outreach initiatives to achieve and surpass recruitment objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status and pipeline metrics.
  • Articulate our company culture and value proposition to prospective recruits effectively.
  • Organize and conduct both in-person and virtual recruitment interviews.
