We are seeking an Enterprise Pre-Sales Consultant to join our EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise pre-sales, with a strong focus on technology risk, compliance, data, and security. This role plays a vital part in developing and maintaining strategic relationships and is key to achieving our market potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team on technical pre-sales activities, including responding to RFQs and RFPs, leading workshops, and delivering product presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions, influencing upsell opportunities and contract renewals.
  • Provide insight into unique market trends and competitive positioning, relaying critical feedback to the Product R&D and Marketing teams.
  • Translate customer business requirements into tailored technology solutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in GroundLabs, as well as general technology trends in compliance and regulation, ensuring we deliver the best-in-market solutions.
  • Support Enterprise partners through technical knowledge transfer and guidance on deal-specific opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations and webinars to a wide audience, showcasing our solutions.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to meet customers, prospects, and business partners across the region.
  • Provide both remote and on-site technology engagement across multiple geographies and time zones, requiring flexibility.


Qualification and Skills:

  • Strong background in Information Technology, with experience in Compliance, Risk, Data, or Security industries.
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, or other relevant compliance and risk assessment certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering pilots and PoCs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior architects and business leaders, including CxO-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for broad audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex customer environments.
  • Strong focus on achieving individual and team goals, with the ability to work independently.
  • High levels of customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Technical proficiency in building and maintaining systems for solution demonstrations.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams is highly desirable.
