We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to manage our next breakthrough product from product concept, product go-to-market all the way through product end-of-life for global markets.

User empathy and communication are key to this role! You will need to channel our users, have a solid understanding of their needs, and translate those needs into well-defined product requirements. Additionally, you can effectively lead and facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver world-class products that truly address our users' pain points. Experience in UX and/or SCRUM methodology is a plus!

【 What you'll do 】

  • Define product strategy and interact closely with users to establish product requirements.
  • Explore multiple product design options to address user pain points.
  • Craft clear user stories and product requirement documents that are easily understood by all stakeholders.
  • Make product decisions and measure product success by setting clear metrics, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
  • Manage product execution and act as the SCRUM Product Owner to deliver the best experiences for our users, including meeting feature expectations and quality goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to strategize and ensure a successful product launch and global go-to-market plans.
  • Formulate and execute long-term product plans with a focus on cost and profit control.
  • Promote the use of new technologies and industry-leading trends in product management activities

 

【Who you are】

  • 2+ years of proven work experience in full-cycle product management.
  • 1+ years of experience in the B2C industry, with a preference for IoT products.
  • Experience in driving product go-to-market strategies and creating product roadmaps.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with hands-on experience utilizing various requirement definition methods, including user validation, focus groups, and user interviews.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities are a must to this role/
  • Stellar team player who can effectively communicate and collaborate with people across various functions and departments, including but not limited to R&D, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Support.
  • Experience in Lean Startup and/or SCRUM methodology.
  • Capable of making strategic decisions on prioritization and communicating these priorities to stakeholders in an understandable manner.
  • Innovative and open-minded to new ideas and different ways of thinking.
  • Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin in a business setting.
  • Being a Dog or cat parent would be an even bigger plus as you naturally have a strong empathy toward our customers!
