The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Sales Operations Supervisor, sales and order management support for Account Managers, and to own all relevant processes related to bookings and shipments.

Members of this team act as the single point of contact to address questions and requests from customers and internal partners in support of order processing. From the receipt of the customer PO to handling the details of shipment and delivery, customer invoicing, and ensuring our Service team is ready to begin installation, we are the central hub of communication for Customers, Sales, Finance, Factory, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs back-up functions for Supervisor position.
  • Provide expertise for direct and indirect sales, including distributor and agent sales processing for non-US orders.
  • Provide second level support for customer concerns and blocking issues in the team.
  • Assess challenges and problem solve to find resolution.
  • Support supervisor with reporting, including scorecard, revenue, shipment, backorder, and inventory reports.
  • Support PPI and driving efficiencies in the department
  • Deliver input and assist to SSD events and meetings, SSOC weekly management meetings and SSOC team meetings, including representation on behalf of SSOC during external meetings.
  • Train new hires on process and procedures and provide refresher training.
  • Support GCOE on updating SOP and work instructions.
  • Be able to support the Sales Order Analyst Level II responsibilities, supporting the team on acceptance, fulfillment and invoicing processes.
  • Ensure Compliance with regulations and policies, assisting team members with questions.
  • Partner with finance, legal, factories, master data team etc to meet revenue requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with either a 4-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education. The position typically requires 3 years of shown experience, knowledge of QAD and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to work on complicated problems, analyzing the situation and reviewing a variety of factors. You will be empowered to use your judgement within existing procedures to take appropriate action, with the authority to act within defined policies and practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication are vital, as we work closely with many different teams across the Americas and Europe.

Attention to detail and proactive follow through are also critical to success in this position
