The day-to-day work is fast paced and dynamic at an IT Managed Services Provider! You will be accountable for a variety of administrative duties including quotes, data entry, and updating sales opportunities. 

 

Who you are 


Collaborative and organized Sales Operations Specialist who enjoys problem solving and variety.  You are a skilled communicator on all levels coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate support.  

  

You know how to:  

  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers to register special pricing deals, quote products, and obtain warranty and software support renewals. Transform this information into an easily understood and actionable quote.
  • Coordinate with internal teams during preparation of quotes to address client concerns and questions.
  • Provide sales and administrative support in all aspects of sales operations including interaction with sales prospects, clients, and internal teams.  
  • Assist in overseeing the use of various tools, applications, platforms as well as assisting in the training of the sales teams. 
  • Produce data for the sales team, including but not limited to, forecasting, stack ranking, territory management. 
  • Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals.  
  • Manage data entry and data quality.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel, data management software, and business intelligence tools. 
  • Maintain and update sales opportunities in the ConnectWise program. 
  • Successfully work in a remote, work from home environment.

 

Pay and Benefits 

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.   

  

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)

  • References: 3 professional references with at least one being someone who directly managed you
